Can you believe it's already Summer? Wow! We at Craft Us Crazy are into our 11th challenge. We would love to see your "Summer Theme and/or Red, White & Blue" creations. The colors in my card reminded me of summer. Bright & colorful sunny days! This card is for my daughter's BFF Shannon for her birthday (she loves cupcakes).

I have to let you in on a little secret...........Tilda has been feeling neglected these days. She's a bit miffed that I've been spending so much time with Teddy Bo & Bea lately. LOL But she should know that we'll always be friends. Just look at how cute she is sitting on top of that yummy cupcake. Do you think Teddy Bo is hiding behind her ready to grab a bite out of that cupcake. LOL

Teddy Bea goes swinging

I had so much fun making this card. This is my very first attempt to make an easel card. I wanted to enter the Teddy Bo challenge calling for a "shaped card" so I thought I'd go for a circle easel. (There are a lot of really good tuts online if you just Google "circle easel cards". )

This is Teddy Bea Swing & she's a "pencil sketch". Easy peasy to color. I put a little brad on the top of the rope swing so that she could actually swing back & forth. LOL Too much fun! Wish I had one of these IRL. LOL

This sentiment is from a Whimsy Stamps set I recently won from Stampin' Mindy called "Party Mini Letter Seals" (Thanks Mindy).

Teddy Bea & I would like to thank you for visiting us today. May your day be filled with "Moments to Cherish". As always..........thank you for your lovely comments. You are so sweet to take the time to leave me some love along the way.

CUC DT Masculine colors card

It's time for our next challenge at Craft Us Crazy. We have had such amazing entries for our challenges. Thank you for making our challenge blog such a HUGE SUCCESS! I can't believe that this is our 10th challenge. Where has this year gone? For this challenge we would love to see your "Father's Day and/or Masculine Colors/Theme".

Today is my oldest son's 36th birthday & since blue is his FAVorite color...........it had to be blue (hey that sounds like a song..........It had to be you.......LOL). He's almost finished with his ER residency at a New York hospital so when I found this cute Teddy Bo doctor image I just had to use it for his card.

Notice the New York skyline? I wanted to put a little bit of New York city into the card without making it look too cheesie. I found the skyline image online & then changed it to blue & used a "rock" effect to blend in with the DP. My son & DIL will be coming back to southern California in one more year! YAY! I can't believe how fast their time in New York as gone. I've missed them both so much. They're here visiting for his birthday & it's been such a JOY to see them. We've laughed & laughed til my sides ache. LOL

Our sponsor for the first week of this challenge is Lauretta's Digital Stamps. The prize is 4 images of the winner's choice. Now that's a cool prize. So I hope you'll head on over to our Craft Us Crazy challenge blog & join in the fun.
