This darling little duckie image was so sweetly provided to me by the lovely Peggy at Peggy Loves Vintage. This is part of the Vintage Greeting Card Cut Outs "Easter #2" set. I just love her images.......'course I'm a vintage girl at heart! The Prize package is 5 different Cut Outs from Peggy's store......a $17.50 value. Now that's FABulous! Her images print out beautifully & all of the coloring is already done for you.

Peggy says........My husband and I have shared 36 years together and we have 2 sons and a daughter and 2 glorious grandkids ages 3 and 6.

I started collecting vintage cards quite by accident. I was helping with my aunts estate sale and ran across her collection. The cards were so wonderful that I fell in love with them and have been collecting them ever since.

I love to get a new vintage scrapbook and read all about the lives and times of the individual. Some of their stories are truly inspiring.
Be sure and visit my blog where you'll find some great inspiration, tips, tricks and some free vintage images for you to use.
I'm really excited about being an sponsor for Craft Us Crazy and sharing these beautiful vintage images with you. I hope that you come to love them as much as I do.

Our Color Me Creative Challenge Group just celebrated our very first birthday. YAY!!! Our group is lead by the amazingly talented Suzanne Dean. Boy did that year go by fast! We had so much fun playing games & getting to know each other better. Thankfully I was able to win a couple of the games & BIG THANKS to Suzanne & 7Kids College Fund I'm getting a new paper cutter by Tonic Studios. Hope Hope Hope it comes today!!! My rotary cutter all of a sudden started cutting crooked.....OH NO.....so this prize came at just the right time. PTL. Anywho.......we were asked to make a card using the sketch below.

I wanted to do something a little different on this corner so I made a little fan to hide behind the little flowers.

Isn't this Tilda just precious. I love her huge bow. You can find her at Diana's Magnolia-licious store. Her name is Tilda with Big Ribbon from the new "You are so special" collection. She seems to be out of stock right now but I'm sure Diana will be getting her in soon. She's colored with my Copic markers. If you want to know how to color with these amazing markers, just sign up for one of Suzanne's Copics online classes. She is a wealth of information & such a good teacher.

Sweet Baby Girl card

Isn't this just the sweetest baby girl image. I love her cute little pursed lips. She's a digi image from Mo Manning called BabyGirl. Mo also has a cute little cooking girl available for $1. All proceeds will go to help Japan. You can see all of the details on her blog in the March 15th post.

I made this card for the Color Me Creative Copic challenge group lead by the uber talented Suzanne Dean. If you have Copic markers & want to learn how to use them.......then sign up for a class. Suzanne is an amazing & patient teacher. This is also an amazing group of caring individuals. You will make friendships for a lifetime. Anywho.......For the challenge we were asked to use these colors......pink, green & white or cream.......perfect colors for a baby card. Also my absolute FAVorite color combo. I of course colored this little darling with my Copic markers.

You can find this sweet, sweet "Love at first Sight" Word Art at Create with TLC. It's part of the "Birth Day" set. Paulette has a wide range of sentiments & Word Art for every occasion imaginable. She also has over 2,000 free graphics & sentiments on her Create with TLC blog. If you're not a follower.......you're really missing out!

The DP (decorative paper) is from NitWits. It's from Mary's beautiful "Affection" collection. I find that I use these digi background papers for just about every card I make now. Her selection is awesome & her artwork is AMAZING & it prints out beautifully on my inexpensive Georgia Pacific cardstock from Walmart. Plus storage is no problem. LOL

Copics used for this card are:
E0000 & E000 (skin), R00 (cheeks & nose), R11 (lips), E41 & E50 (hair), RV000 & RV11 (dress)

The ribbon is a gift from my friend Nora. Thanks, hon! Isn't it just the perfect addition to this card. The stick pin is from my LSS (local scrapbook store). Flowers are from an old collection of die cuts that I forgot I had. LOL I used Nesties (circle & lacey circle) to frame the little darling. Bling & sheep are from Michael's. The pretty pink button is from Walmart's ever decreasing fabric section. And lastly.......my very FAVorite Stardust Stickles to add some more bling......cuz a girl can never have too much bling. LOL

I think that about covers it all. LOL This card is for the daughter of a friend who is expecting a baby girl any day now. Hope she likes it.

I'm entering my card in these challenges:
Stamp Something: Something Sweet (& this baby girl is the sweetest)
Papertake Weekly Challenge: Trio Tastic (3 of something)

Craft Us Crazy DT card

Hi Everyone! It's time for another Craft Us Crazy challenge. We've had such a wonderful response to our new Challenge blog. Thank you all so much for joining us. This time we would like you to show us your Cupcakes and/or Celebration themed projects. Our sponsor for this challenge is Limited Runs Digi's.

They so generously gave me this cute cupcake image to work with.
Doesn't it look good enough to eat? LOL (I love cupcakes.....yummy!) I colored it with my wonderful Copics and of course just had to add some bling bling cuz.......well.......I just love bling. LOL I cut out the candle's flame & popped it up to add some dimension. (btw.....fortunately my finger is much better so I'm back to crafting again. YAY!!! I still have to wear a Bandaid which is a pain in the patootie but I'm thankful that's it's healing nicely.)

Don't forget to visit our monthly sponsor Stitchy Bear Digital Stamps. They have TONS of digis for every occasion.
The sentiment I used on this card is from Create with TLC. Paulette has tons of cute sentiments in her store. She also has over 2,000 free vintage graphics & sentiments at her Create with TLC blog. This card already went to my BFF/hubby Frank for his birthday last week. Luv my honey bunnie. Manly cards are always such a huge challenge for me. I wanted to add lots of girlie embellies & froo froos stuff but I don't think he would have gone for that. LOL
My card recipe:
Copics:
DP: NitWits
Bling & Ribbon: My stash
Nestie: Curved Rectangles
Stardust Stickles (love that stuff)

I'm entering my card in these challenges:
Simon Says Stamp: Happy Birthday
Prairie Fairy Fridays: #48 It's my party
Tip Tip Tuesday: #25 Birthday
ABC Challenge: Happy Birthday

As always...........thanks so much for visiting me & I sooooo appreciate all of your sweet comments.
